2. How to request account deletion

1. Fastest: do it yourself in the app — open Me, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account plus all notes, chats and uploaded files are deleted right away, no email needed.
2. Send the request from the email address linked to the WhimNote account you want deleted — this is how we verify that the account belongs to you.
3. Send it to 54kuliqi@gmail.com with a subject such as “Account deletion request”.
4. Please include the account email and your reason for the request (see section 3).
5. We complete processing within 7 business days and reply to confirm the outcome.

3. Information you need to provide

Item	Details
Account email	The email address linked to the WhimNote account you want deleted, so we can confirm the account belongs to you.
Reason for the request	Why you want to delete the account — no longer using it, switching accounts, privacy concerns, etc. A short sentence is enough.

If you want to delete only part of your data (for example a few notes) instead of the whole account, just say so in your email and we will take care of it.

4. Processing time

We process deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving them and reply by email to confirm the outcome. If the request is incomplete (for example, it was not sent from the account’s email address, or the account email or reason is missing), we will reply asking you to complete it, and the 7 business days restart once we receive the missing information.

5. What happens after deletion

• Your account and everything in it — notes, voice recordings, transcripts, images, attachments, chat history and AI-content reports — is deleted.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please back up or export anything you want to keep first.
• You can no longer sign in to WhimNote with that account; to keep using WhimNote, create a new account.
• Google / Apple sign-in access is revoked as well. You can also remove WhimNote’s access yourself at any time in your Google Account or Apple ID settings.
• An active store subscription is not canceled automatically. Delete the account without canceling the subscription and billing may continue. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions or your App Store subscription settings.
